Mandy visited my Dad after his surgery, due to the current pandemic he was completely in the dark about his ongoing treatment etc and had found it difficult to talk to anyone face to face. Then along came Mandy and showed him that there was light at the end of the tunnel. She answered every question asked and also explained why things were happening as they were. She’s given Dad confidence that once he recovers fully he’ll have a life. I love the way she tells him off but in a really subtle way unlike myself and Mom who don’t. Mandy has a lovely way about her and always makes you feel happy, she tells you that if you have any queries or concerns just pick up the phone and call, we haven’t had to yet but I know that if we do she’ll be there.

Well what can I say, the first time I met Mandy she made me feel at ease and was extremely knowledgeable on my situation and therefore gave me some great advice which at this stage in my life was and is welcome. Mandy always visits with a smile on her face and is welcome at my home anytime

Mandy arrived at the appointed time and was cheerful and professional. She explained about my treatment and answered my questions fully. She did not rush her visit and gave advice on stoma products available to me.

I felt so at ease with Mandy she has helped me so much & made me feel like I can do what I should be doing with confidence. It’s so nice to have someone with so much consideration for other people’s well being. Listened to everything I had to say & gave me advise on what to do & what not to do.
